Malta's Justice Minister Dined And Went On Trips With Yorgen Fenech

Malta’s minister for justice, and incidentally the man also responsible for overseeing that justice is served is the Daphne Caruana Galizia case, has admitted that he often dined, chatted and even went on boat trips with prime suspect Yorgen Fenech.
Edward Zammit Lewis was appearing before a public inquiry set up to determine whether the State could have prevented Daphne’s murder when he said that meetings with Fenech were held “in good faith.”
Zammit Lewis also admitted to keeping in touch with Fenech after it was revealed he was the owner of secret corruption money company 17 Black but pointed out he was not justice minister at the time.
