Releaf, an organization that advocates for the legalisation of cannabis in Malta has criticised the government for “delaying the introduction of much-needed legislative overhaul” with regards to cannabis in Malta 🇲🇹
Releaf lambasted the government for failing to implement any effective changes in the law, in spite of government “PR stunts in favour of changes in cannabis laws”.
The NGO is now urging the government to fully decriminalise the adult cultivation and consumption of cannabis and to introduce a larger quantity margin for possession 🍁
