Analysis: Malta Has Had It's Deadliest Week Ever With 10 Deaths In Five Days

Malta has registered it’s deadliest week throughout the entire pandemic, with 10 people passing away of COVID-19 in just five days - an average of two deaths everyday.
With just two days to go, October has seen 25 virus-related victims in the last 29 days.
The average age of Malta’s COVID-19-has has also decreased substantially from previous months, with the youngest victim being a 59-year-old man who passed away on the 14th of October.
Meanwhile, the island’s active cases have spiked to all time highs this month (1927), quadrupling since September (462).
