Malta has recorded the lowest number of daily new cases in over 2 months, registering just 40 new cases of COVID-19 today.
The last time Malta recorded less than 40 cases was on October 1st (37) over two months ago.
It’s worth noting however that substantially less swab tests were conducted compared to usual.
Nonetheless, this news coupled with news of the first vaccine jab being administered in the U.K earlier this morning has created an optimistic feeling that better days might be on the horizon.
