A 30-year-old Somali man and a 26-year-old Somali man got into a knife fight yesterday, leaving one of the men seriously injured.
Police said that the argument took place in Triq tal-Borġ, on Monday night. The 30-year-old walked into the police station himself to report what had taken place.
The police went on site to the residence and established that the man was involved in an argument with a 26-year-old. Knives appear to have been used in the argument.
The younger one was grievously injured, the older one suffered slight injuries. Both men were taken to Mater Dei Hospital. The police are investigating.
